• Within days we'll send you - by email or post - photos of rugs we think will meet your need with details of price, quality etc.
• As soon as you're happy that we've found the rug that's right for you, we take your payment and send it by courier, fully insured.
• You have 14 days to decide if the rug is precisely what you want. If it isn't, just return it in its original condition and we'll look for something else. If we are unable to meet your needs, we'll reimburse the full cost less any courier costs.
