Made by Afghan weavers to the highest quality using the top-grade Ghazni wool for durability and lustre, the designs are based on Persian Ziegler and Indian Agra patterns from the 19th C. The soft natural colours are derived entirely from vegetable dyes. This Persian village style design is on a honey coloured background with the design picked out in terracotta, gold and mid green.
