Generate new income by selling our rugs

Maybe you are an interior designer, an architect or simply someone who knows people whose lovely homes or offices can be greatly enhanced by the unique work of art that is a hand-made rug. We'd like to invite you to become an Oriental Rugs of Bath agent - it's risk-free and will earn you some interesting, cost-free added revenue.

We're keen to take our story to the nation, the story of our charities, their work in Afghanistan, but above all the story that each rug has to tell, the story your clients and contacts can tell their visitors, friends and family.

There are thousands of rugs, kilims and associated products on this site - a number that will be growing as fast as we can take photos of the rugs in our suppliers' warehouses. As an agent, all you have to do is guide your clients, friends, family and colleagues round our website on your laptop. Help them choose 2 or 3 rugs they'd like to see on approval on their floors. You tell us which.

We ship them to your client (they pay the modest shipping fee - refundable from the final purchase). You give them a few days to see which one(s) they want to buy and return to close the deal, having any not wanted returned to us.

We pay you a 20% commission on all sales you bring to us. Given that an average rug sale is worth at least £1,500, you could be earning £300 from one transaction.

We pay 30% commission to our ORBPro agents who pay us an annual fee of £500, a fee that could be covered in just one transaction.

Obviously we are not going to give out these commissions too readily - you have to convince us you have the sales opportunities and track record that make it likely that we can do some serious business together. Check out our agent application form.
