All our rugs are hand-made using natural fibres and mostly natural dyes.
We are developing a trade-not-aid approach with our charities Arzu and Afghan Action - not only do none of our rugs harm their makers, but many of them empower them in sustaining their cultural traditions.
We will replace anything you buy within a week of purchase with the caveats you would expect: that you haven't used it, walked on it, worn it, etc.
We will deliver your rug fast (we managed two days to Australia once) and free within the UK.
