Underlay
We strongly recommend supporting and nourishing your oriental rugs by placing them on underlay, cut about 10 cm short of every edge of the rug.
The main reasons:
- Underlay will stop your rugs sliding about on your hardwood or stone floors;
- Underlay makes your rugs much more resilient to daily wear and tear - helping to absorb the tensions your feet put on their warp and weft;
