Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted and inspired with what you buy from us! So, if you find that the rug, kilim or piece of furniture just isn’t right when you get it home, tell us and we’ll do our best to exchange it for something you love.
The same goes if you want to return something for a refund. The last thing we want is customers unhappy with their purchases, so of course we’ll refund you.
Just two caveats:
- We ask you to cover the cost of returning things to us; and
- We can’t refund or exchange items that are not in the same condition as they left us, whether dirty or damaged.
